Yes, currently all wine varieties within The Pendlebury store are primarily sold online through our official website. This ensures we can deliver directly to your door and provide you with the best possible service.

We are unable to accept returns once your wine has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at hello@thependleburys.com.au. See our Return Policy under Terms and Conditions for more information.

Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel. Contact us for any assistance needed.

If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or pickup. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier to ensure you receive your package. Please note: the courier may contact you via your email address provided and this may end up in your spam or junk folder.

If your wine arrives damaged or broken, please take photos of the package and contact us immediately at hello@thependleburys.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Yes, you must be of legal drinking age which is 18 years of age in Australia, to purchase wine from our website.

Yes, but make sure the person is over 18. As they will be asked for ID on delivery.

During checkout, you’ll have an option to supply a billing address and a shipping address.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.

Your shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout based on the volume of your order and your location.
